Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I work with Hardy Haberland?

If you need to be convinced to work with Hardy, you should not work with him.

Having said that, he would love to work with you if you are familiar with his podcasts, newsletters, blogs, and media appearances.

What should I know before working with Hardy?

Hardy is only interested in long-term relationships with his clients. This means he is not interested in short-term consulting work.

Hardy is also not interested in working for a client. The moment he considers a client to be work, he stops working with them.

Hardy is also not interested in building professional relationships. He believes in building real relationships and some clients are even friends with him now.

Hardy founded his private consultancy firm out of his love for his craft. He wanted to exclusively collaborate with the most inspiring and likable CEOs, professional athletes, and performing artists. He wanted to do that without ever compromising on his vision. That is how he founded his dream consultancy firm.

As an artist and entrepreneur, Hardy considers his current consulting practice to be a devine, holy place, and his little piece of heaven. That is why the barrier of entry is extremely high and will continue to be so in the foreseeable future.

What are the topics of Hardy's consulting sessions?

The consultation topics usually are about world-class performance and the specifics to becoming #1 in one's industry, sport, or craft.

The consultation topics are also about Hardy's well-known interests including freedom from mind, inner peace, business, branding, and marketing.

Hardy's clients also sometimes discuss very private matters with him including family, relationships, and similar topics.

How are the consulting sessions conducted?

Hardy requires a one-page document before each consulting session. The consulting session focuses on the said document, but Hardy believes in having a natural conversation with his clients.

Each consulting session is held for 30 minutes and is scheduled every other week.

How does the vetting process look like?

After we have received your application, you hear from us within 10 business days and an interview with one of Hardy's team members or with Hardy directly will be scheduled.

If you don't hear from us within 10 business days, your application was rejected.

When will I be able to collaborate with Hardy?

The collaboration starts 3 months after a successful application due to the current waiting list.

How can I book longer consulting sessions?

Hardy is not able to offer longer consulting sessions because he runs multiple businesses, hosts multiple podcasts, and has several other commitments.

Having said that, Hardy created the Private Podcast and Private Newsletter for those who are seeking more council.

He also founded The Super Grandmaster Network for successful CEOs, professional athletes, and performing artists which is temporarily paused due to the current world events.

How should I refer a potential client to Hardy?

Hardy does not want direct referrals because this creates the expectation of him having to accept the referral.

He prefers a potential client to be discussed with one of his team members or him directly.
